Introduction
Observation including feedback and reflection has a high impact on improving professional practice, which is a fundamental part of a teacher’s professional development. I have included some of my MST, MCT and peer observations and feedback documents based on what I did during my teaching practice. Each document contains the criteria they had considered and followed to evaluate my work, which demonstrate my improvements and achievements in the six teaching competencies.

MY MCT observation, reports and feedback
Based on my MCT feedback in semester seven, I had some areas that I needed to improve in implementing learning, assessment and reflection competencies. I did not vary my questions to allow students to think more critically and my lessons were more teacher-centered. Additionally, my formative assessments were not relevant to my learning objectives. I believe this was because I did not plan for my lessons very well. I did not prepare the appropriate activities that meet students' needs and enable me achieving my learning objectives. Moreover, my reflection on my work was very poor because I was not reflecting after the lessons immediately so I do not forget the most important things and areas that I had to improve. Thus, in semester eight, I provided students with various questions according to their levels. Also, I was considering my learning objectives while preparing my assessments, which allowed me to achieve them by the end of the lessons successfully. Furthermore, I was reflecting critically after each lesson immediately to focus on the areas that I needed to improve. Doing these things allowed me to improve my teaching competencies skills and receive good feedback from my MCT as you see in the documents.

MY MST observation, reports and feedback

Based on my MST feedback in semester six, I had some areas that I needed to improve, which were implementing learning, managing learning, assessment and reflection. I believe this was because I did not follow the appropriate strategies of implementing learning, managing my classroom and preparing assessments. I practiced my teaching at a high school, where I needed to apply suitable strategies and techniques with high school students and this was my first experience with high school level. Additionally, I was not reflecting on my weakness and strength points to be able to determine the areas that I had to improve. Moreover, I was not discussing my ideas with my MST so I can have better teaching skills in my future lessons. Therefore, in semester eight, I worked on all of these area and I was able to improve them effectively. My MST feedbacks in semester eight show my improvement as you see in the documents.

MY peer observation, reports and feedback
Peer observation was an effective and useful task that offered valuable opportunity for both my colleague who was being observed and I. We had a chance to discuss about the successes, challenges, exchange our ideas and improvement suggestions for better future lessons. Actually, I used to be so eager to observe my peers during my teaching practices. I had always believed that observing someone who is in the same position of yours would be a different experience to go through in teaching practice. In addition, I noticed that my colleagues had the same feeling as well. How based on my peer feedback in semester seven, some areas needed to be improved. I had some issues with implementing learning because my instructions of performing the activities were not clear. In addition, I was not discussing the learning objectives with students to give them ideas about what they are going to learn. Therefore, in semester eight, I improved these areas through explaining the learning objectives at the beginning of each lesson and provide students with clear instructions to perform their activities correctly and efficiency. My peer feedback of semester eight illustrates my improvements.

MY observation, reports and feedback on my peers' work
In our teaching practices, we supposed to observe our colleagues or peers at least twice. Therefore, I used to observe my colleagues through following the same criteria that my MCT considered while observing me to evaluate my their work. Peer observation offered a beneficial opportunities for us to learn from each other and to share our ideas, strategies and techniques of teaching. I used to discuss with my peers their strengths first, then talk about the areas that need more focus and improvement. Actually, I did not face any challenges while providing my feedback because my colleagues were open enough with me and they felt comfortable. I believe this was because they knew and understood that peer observation does not refer to being judged by someone or about making the teacher wrong or feeling upset. However, I have provided two of my observation and feedback of my peers work from previous teaching practices.
